About Adrienne
Adrienne is a compassionate and highly skilled physiotherapist with a focus on paediatrics, neurological rehabilitation, and transitional care for young adults with complex disabilities. She specialises in managing paediatric conditions such as developmental delays and head shape abnormalities, and supports individuals with complex needs through the assessment and prescription of assistive technologies like wheelchairs, walkers, and standing frames.
Adrienne delivers holistic, person-centred care that promotes independence and enhances quality of life. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Physiotherapy Practice, and is currently completing a Master of Paediatric Physiotherapy. Adrienne is a certified Pilates instructor (Certificate III & IV) and has completed advanced training in paediatric gait analysis and cerebral palsy management, including the OSKAR Elaine Owen Advanced Paediatric Gait Analysis course and courses through the Royal Children’s Hospital.
About Kara
Kara is a skilled physiotherapist with a strong background in sports, musculoskeletal and neurological care. Her clinical expertise includes sports injury rehabilitation, lower limb biomechanics, dry needling and paediatrics, including developmental delays. She also has experience with ankle-foot orthoses (AFOs) and assistive technology.
Kara holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Neuroscience, a Bachelor of Health Sciences, and a Master of Physiotherapy Practice. She is currently completing a Master of Sports Physiotherapy and holds additional certifications in Dry Needling (Level 1), APA Sports Physiotherapy (Level 1), and APA Paediatric Physiotherapy (Level 2).
Kara has worked with elite-level athletes across a range of sports, with a focus on para and able-bodied basketball and cycling. She is the physiotherapist for the Australian Pearls basketball team and has supported them at the 2022 Oceania Games, 2023 World Games in France, and 2025 World Championships in Kazakhstan. She also attends regular training camps at the Australian Institute of Sport and works with Victorian Ivor Burge basketball teams and para-cyclists.
